The IMPORTASSIST Service Package

1. We offer assistance for the importation of tangible raw materials, finished products, for own use of client or remarketing. Our IMPORTASSIST product range includes (but not limited to) Cars, Vans, Trucks, Household Equipments, Machines, Computers (including Laptops), Printers, Faxes, Stationeries, Consumables, Raw Materials, etc.


2. For our range of products, given IMPORTASSIST-client’s interest, we also offer technical knowledge service advice or help our client to access foreign technical advice to meet their needs.


3. On the demand of our clients, and where the product type is transportable without being damaged, through the available JUamfF means, we can undertake to deliver the imported goods directly (one-to-one) to the client

1. Identification Fee: This fee of €500 is payable by every confirmed client to cover IMPORTASSIST services in identifying, contacting and confirming suitable supplier to the confirmed client. For reputation reasons, no direct contact between the identified supplier and IMPORTASSIST client will be made. See also point 3.


2. Procurement and Shipment Fee (PS-Fee): Following on the discharge of the ‘Identification Service’ and confirmed client interest to progress with the importation plan, IMPORTASSIST will undertake procurement of required service item(s) from the supplier company, and subsequent shipment to the client’s preferred port of landing. All ports duties at the client’s preferred port of landing will be paid by the receiving IMPORTASSIST client. All IMPORTASSIST clients shall pay PS-Fee of €1200 or 5% of importation costs (if the latter is higher than the former). All confirmed importation costs for required product(s) and the shipment costs shall be paid by the client into IMPORTASSIST accounts prior to delivery of service.


3. Where the required import product can be easily accessed without direct contact and formalities with the product source target, the IMPORTASSIST-client will not be required the pay the identification fee defined in point (1) above. In that case, only the PS-Fee would be charged.


4. For the service package described in (3) above, the client will be required to pay:
   • In addition to the applicable of type (1), (2) or (3) fees, all further cost connected to the transportation and delivery of the concerned product.
   • A service cost, as agreed between the company and the service client.

Travel Assistance Service Package

1. Undertaking on the spot information search to meet the needs of the clients,


2. Searching and arranging accommodation for the client (including making credit card payment on behalf of the client,


3. Arranging pick-ups for the clients for the arrival day and beyond, as the client demands,


4. In this connection too, where needed, German language translation service.
